The International Convention on Liability and Compensation for Damage in Connection with the Carriage
of Hazardous and Noxious Substances by Sea, (2010 HNS Convention) is divided into three parts:

2 the Protocol of 2010 to the International Convention and the Final Act of the International Conference of
2010 on the Revision of the HNS Convention.
3 1996 HNS Convention and the Final Act of the International Conference on Hazardous and Noxious
Substances and Limitation of Liability, 1996.
