OPRC Convention (1991 Edition)

The International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation, 1990, was adopted at a conference convened in November 1990 for the purpose of establishing precautionary measures and effective preparation for combating oil pollution incidents involving ships, offshore units, sea ports and oil handling facilities. The publication includes: −− Final Act of the Conference on International Co-operation on Oil Pollution Preparedness and Response, 1990;

−− OPRC Convention, 1990;

−− Resolutions 1 to 10 adopted by the Conference.
